The long-lasting focus on high quality has resulted not only in a growing popularity of Krásno meat products with customers but also in many received awards. The company invests in the production facilities´ modernization so it can satisfy all European quality standards.
Quality
All products are made under top safety standards and hygiene conditions. The company is now fully certified for the EU market. The high level of the current technological facilities is comparable with top European companies in many parameters. MP Krásno has received the ISF Certificate (International Food Standard). This international standard is used to rate international supermarket chains´ suppliers and involves quality system and hygiene requirements. MP Krásno is one of very few Czech smoked meat products producers who holds this certificate. The company is in the “Higher Level“ category with regard to their successful adherence to the demands.
The company has introduced the HACCP system which avoids any negative impact on the hygiene of materials and products. The whole production process is under constant hygienic supervision. The quality system is based on input, in-process and output checks.
All materials and single components need to have hygiene certificates or other tests. The company does not use genetically modified sources. The company has recently launched new types of gluten free products for the increasing number of people who suffer from allergies.
Care of the workforce is the last but not least part of the company philosophy. The company takes care of safety and hygiene at work. In 1999 our firm received the title Safe Company awarded by the Czech Work Safety Office. The Safe Company programme is regulated by the Ministry of Labour and the Labour Inspection Government Office. This programme is aimed at increasing safety and hygiene at work including environmental protection with corporations and individuals. The programme is authorised and implemented by the Czech Work Safety Office and the Ministry of Labour respectively.
